Privacy policy

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained by ADO.
  2. The Administrator of Personal Data (ADO) is MCA Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.
  3. PDC makes special care to respect the privacy of all natural persons participating in PDC business relations.

  5. PDC collects information about natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf, as well as data of natural persons participating in business processes. Personal data is collected during the establishment and implementation of business processes, such as economic contracts, as well as during marketing processes.

  8. PDC provides uninterrupted access to their data and the possibility of rectifying (correcting, supplementing) at any time. PDC provides the ability to transfer the personal data that you have provided, i.e. to receive this personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, and you have the right to send this personal data to another administrator. If it is technically possible, you have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to another administrator. If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the consent we have received from you, it may be revoked by withdrawing the consent without affecting the lawfulness of their processing, which was carried out before the consent was withdrawn.   9. You have the right, regardless of the reason, to object at any time to the processed personal data for the purposes of:

    determining, investigating or defending against claims related to the concluded contract (s) or with the processing of personal data.

Upon receipt of the objection, we will cease to process your data for the purpose or purposes to which you have objected, unless we demonstrate the existence of valid legitimate grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, investigating or defending against claims.

    Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, your consent (if given),
    Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR regarding the conclusion and possibility of implementing the contract that connects us,
    Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR regarding the fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on ADO under EU law or Polish law,
    Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR regarding the implementation of the legitimate interest of the ADO.
  12. PDC applies security measures to protect data against loss, misuse and modification.
    PDA undertakes to protect all your data in accordance with the standards of security protection and confidentiality and the GDPR.
